Vaccum Rotary Feeder
A basic, four parallel folds' machine. Different types of parallel folds are possible by the combination of four folding pockets and three deflectors. Although four maximum folds are availabel, single, double or triple folds, with different styles such as accordion fold, "U" fold, double parallel fold, uneven folds etc. are also possible with PGV VF-415.
The suction head suck a single paper at a time. Paper settings are easy to understand.
A rotary scoring (creasing) attachment is provided at the delivery end.
The belt drive coupled with thick end plates ensures the machine's smooth and low noise working. The cumbersome task of setting a new job is made easy with the availability of caliper setting and jogging mode. An ideally located display panel indicates the folded sheets, batch count and productivity information about an ongoing job.
